Ypres Music Tour

Ypres, the perfect place for your music tour.

All of our performance tours are created from scratch. The reason for this is that many schools require a combination of performances, perhaps a choir plus a band and maybe even a little Jazz. So venues are carefully chosen to mix and match your tour to suit all requirements.

We are able to offer a variety of venues from outdoor areas like the square in Ypres  to small churches and bigger Cathedrals such as Brugge. Getting an audience for an unknown performance can sometimes be better done in small village churches where not much happens and therefore an event like this creates much interest.

Some venues are particular about the type of music played so we choose wisely.

Accommodation

We work closely with the owner of four hostels in Ypres, all designed to accommodate school groups. Our offer will depend on availability at the time of booking, so the sooner you book the more chance you have of having your first-choice accommodation.

Some of these options offer opportunity to rehearse.

Menin Gate Hostel

This simple hostel is well run and ideally placed across the road from the Menin Gate.

The other hostels in the group are all located around the town centre and only five minutes’ walk from the Menin Gate.
