We are blessed that we have staff that have been with the company for many, many years. This experience not only ensures they have knowledge of how to operate a well organised tour – but that they have, in many cases, had personal experience of staying at the properties on offer, which gives a fabulous insight into not only the accommodation but also the surrounding areas. This has proven invaluable when considering meals, room layouts, visits and nearby amenities.
The majority of our team assists with youth activities outside of work, requiring additional Safeguarding of Children and Emergency First Aid training.
