Sample Itinerary
We recommend a minimum 2-night, 3-day Itinerary. As we tailor make each itinerary, we can create an itinerary perfect for you from the length of the tour to the activities and visits.
- Day 1: Travel to London via Coach. Start your tour with a visit to the Imperial War Museum which has an extensive collection of articles which represent all aspects of war involving Britain from the First World War to the present day. Later, head over the river to Churchill’s war rooms and explores the secret underground headquarters used by him during WWII. In the evening visit the Shard as the sunsets for a panoramic view of the city.
- Day 2: In the morning visit the Museum of London, from its origins in the stone age through to modern times, a fantastic opportunity to see how it changed and developed to become one of the world’s greatest cities. In the afternoon take a guided tour around the Palace of Westminster home to the British Parliament who have been meeting they are since the 13th century. The last visit of the day is to The Royal Air Force Museum London which houses a collection of aircraft used by the British RAF during WWI and WWII.
- Day 3: In the morning visit HMS Belfast, a light cruiser used during WWII, explore its 9 decks to get a feel for what it was like to live onboard for the crew. In the afternoon visit British Museum take a journey through time boasting a collection of over seven million objects from all over the world. Before leaving London take a flight on the London Eye, the perfect way to end your tour. Depart London via coach and make the journey home.
