Outstanding Secondary School Tours to Geneva
About this tour
Geneva, the perfect place for your Secondary School Tour
This international city is home to the United Nations, the International Red Cross, and other major organizations, making Geneva a symbol of diplomacy and peace. Some of these institutions can be visited, depending on your interests, which will be invaluable for students of politics or sociology.
One of the biggest draws for youth groups is CERN – The European Centre for Nuclear Research (Centre Européen des Recherches Nucléaires ), which is proving increasingly popular with science teachers and students alike. The centre is keen to work closely with educational groups and welcomes visitors.
They also offer teaching programmes and opportunities for students to be involved in their work. Whilst CERN is a fantastic trip for science students, the countless museums, galleries, and other attractions of Geneva itself will be sure to captivate students of any discipline and with use of the public transport system, it is such an easy destination to explore.
