Cardiff is undoubtedly one of the most passionate rugby cities in the country!
This is the reason that makes Wales’ capital a great destination to visit for your school or club. On this tour, you will be able to train on the same pitch – Cardiff Arms Park – as many of Wales’ most famous international rugby stars and / or to be coached by The Blues coaching staff. You could even attend a Cardiff Blues training session, question & answer session with Academy staff or first team players or an official match with a unique atmosphere. We can also arrange some friendly fixtures against local opposition. In addition, there is a noteworthy event to mark on your calendar: The greatest rugby event in the UK – Judgement Day! Where you would watch at the Principality Stadium the annual derby day clash between all 4 regions teams: Dragons, Scarlets, Cardiff Blues and Ospreys. This weekend tour, usually held at the end of April, tends to be combined with a VIP Cardiff Blues experience. Just ask us about next year’s dates and we will take care of the rest. - Principality Stadium: The Millennium Stadium, since 2016 named for sponsorship purposes as the Principality Stadium, is a world-class sports stadium with 74,000-seater.
- Cardiff Bay: Cardiff Bay is the area of water created by the Cardiff Barrage. This large waterfront bay offers heaps of things to do – eateries, boat trips and cultural attractions. Enough to keep you occupied all day.
- Cardiff Castle: Ethnographic Museum of Quirós exhibits and reproduces the way Asturian rural communities lived in the past and the equipment (“preseos”) and machinery widely used in these mountain villages.
